Whether you’re waiting for an ADHD assessment or have already received a diagnosis, our Newcastle ADHD Support Service is here to help you better understand yourself and build confidence in managing everyday life.

Our neuro-affirming psychoeducation course is available both online and in person and explores what ADHD means for you as an individual. Together, we’ll look at topics such as understanding the ADHD brain, practical strategies for daily life, self-advocacy, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and recognising your strengths.

Sessions are delivered in small, supportive groups, giving you the opportunity to connect with others who have similar experiences. As well as learning practical tools and strategies, you’ll benefit from peer support, shared experiences, and a welcoming space where you can feel understood.

Whether you’re just beginning your ADHD journey or looking to make sense of your diagnosis, we’re here to support you.
