Mini & Junior Great North Run 2027 – September 11
Mini and Junior Great North Run 2027 ballot spaces are now open!
Do you want to run for #TeamDaisyChain in the Mini and Junior Great North Run 2027? Spots are now open for £20.
As part of your pledge to support Daisy Chain you will receive a branded running top and fundraising goodie bag, which will be posted to you ahead of the race.
Mini runners (age 3 – 8) must be accompanied by an adult around the course. Junior runners (age 9-16) have the option of running by themselves or with a Parent/Guardian. Accompanying adults who are running are required to wear the specific accompanying adult bib, which is attached to the child’s run number.

After signing up, you will receive an email in October, inviting you to register - you must complete the emailed registration link within 21 days - only then is your place secured
- By applying for a Daisy Chain charity place you are committing to fundraising a minimum of £250
- Mini Great North Run age range 3 years - 8 years (Must be accompanied by an adult around the course)
- Junior Great North Run age range 9 years to 16 years (Adults may accompany children but are not required)
